ilSFV is a free open-source SFV, MD5 and SHA-1 file verification utility.
It has neat
interface and allows batch file verification processing.
You can
create and verify checksums for files in subdirectories with optional
cache for quickly re-verifying files. It can run in the background and
reads BSD style checksum files and other less-known formats. It also has
option to find renamed files based on checksum files.
