Currently there is a problem within our software that brings up this
prompt. Most likely there is a problem with the user permissions from
which the program is being installed. I would recommend the following article to check the proper permissions to work with ABR10.
As a workaround, you can continue using Microsoft VSS
and your backup integrity should not be affected. I will update this
thread as soon as I have additional information from our Development
team.
