Disable TCP / IP:
Go menu Start and select Run
Type cmd
Copy the following command and press “Enter”:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
Reactivating TCP/ IP :
Copy the following command and press « Enter » :
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=enabled"
