Did you check if there are 3rd party DLLs loading inside SearchIndexer.exe, SearchProtocolHost.exe or SearchFilterHost.exe

You can easily check this using "Process Explorer" http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx

Else run the following command as an admin: tasklist /m /FI "imagename eq search*"
