Their recommendation? Removing the key.

Then:  Remove the tscuninstall value from the Default User’s hive (ntuser.dat):

\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

and also from:

HKEY_USERS\.Default\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
