Event ID 11 -controller error on \Device\Harddisk

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk1\DR1.
Event ID: 11 referring to Harddisk1.
Hard drives are numbered 0, 1, 2 etc. 
The number refers to the sata port on the motherboard the cable from the hard drive connects to. 
Type Disk Management in the Search box above the Start button and press the ENTER key.
Which drive n the lower pane of the window is described as Disk 1? What is the hard drive make and model?

Start - Control Panel - Performance Information and Tools
What are the subscores for each of the five components?
Select Start
Control Panel - Action Center - Click on the Arrow down to the right of Maintenance
 and then on View reliability history.
In the graph you will see red orbs, Click on one and it gives detals and to the right is another link saying View technical details.
