Habilitar modo AHCI luego de instalar Windows XP

[HOW TO] Habilitar AHCI (aka SATA/RAID) luego de instalar WinXP (ICH10/9/8 y SB600)
Intel ICH10/ICH10R:
 - Descargar el driver de Intel® Matrix Storage Manager.
 - Extraer iaStor.sys ejecutando "iata78_cd.exe -a" (si le cambiaron el nombre al archivo por xxxxxx.exe, ejecuten "xxxxxx.exe -a"), el comando lo tira acá "C:\Archivos de programa\Intel\Intel Matrix Storage Manager\driver\iaStor.sys". Luego lo pegan en "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers".
 - Crean un archivo con extensión .reg, con el siguiente texto:

- Resetean y cambian en la BIOS el modo de IDE a AHCI o RAID. IMPORTANTE: En la Gigabyte EP45-DS3L (es en la que lo probé y lo tengo andando) dice AHCI y dos opciones Enabled o Disabled, ponerlo en Enabled. Así que cada uno búsque la opción en su BIOS. ya que la mía es Award y las más comunes ons las AMI, que ahora no recuerdo en dónde se ubica la opción.
 - Cuando se inicie Windows, instalan el archivito que se bajaron de la web de Intel (iata78_cd.exe), y ya tienen drivers SATA instalados sin necesidad de formatear Windows XP. 
 A mí me sirvió bastante, ya que no tengo disquetera (por ende no me servía la opción de presionar F6 cuando te pide el instalador de Windows XP) y no tuve tiempo de integrar los drivers en un CD de Win.
 Intel ICH9/ICH9R:
 El procedimiento es el mismo que para el ICH10/ICH10R, lo único que cambia es el contenido de la clave de registro que hay que insertar.

AMD SB600:
Este lo probé con la ASUS M3A y funcionó bien. Drivers chipset AMD SB600.
Mismo proceso que para los Intel, salvo que no hay que extraer nada con comandos porque AMD nos da los archivos zipeados. Acá dejo la clave de registro a insertar y luego proceder como con los chipsets Intel.
