This is typically caused by the installation of the program: Sabre Print Module.
After speaking with Sabre support, they informed us that the following registry key should be removed to resolve the issue:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{2D6505C0-9E2C-11d1-BAE3-0060970791E2}
Reboot once the key is removed and the messages will no longer appear.
