Install services error

I got to the last page in the installation and I get the following errors in command prompt:
dmsctl.bat install
Installing services
dmsctl.bet start
Starting services
[SC] StartService: OpenService FAILED 1060:
The specified service does not exist as an installed service.

I am logged in as the domain administrator.
It looks like the service is not being installed.

The services are used for the background indexing and processing of documents, you should be able to login and browse around KnowledgeTree without them running. If this is not the case, then something went wrong during the installation or it has not been fully completed.
Are you running Windows 2003 64bit or 32bit. 2003 32bit is not a supported platform as it does not install correctly with IIS, a manual install is required. If this is the case then I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling using Apache as the web server.
